Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Operations Finance Manager for North American Logistics to lead financial reporting, planning and analysis. This role partners with Operations Leadership and uses BI tools to drive cost control and performance across NA logistics operations.

You will develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, monitor expenses, and support ERP-driven reporting and network integrations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in analytics and finance within logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Statistics required.
• MBA preferred for advancement.
• Experience building BI infrastructure and dashboards is a plus.
• Experience in logistics, operations or manufacturing finance is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage financials for North American Logistics operations.
• Partner with operations leadership as finance partner.
• Develop budgets and forecasts; analyze variances and costs.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize labor and expenses.
• Support network integrations and ERP-driven reporting.
