Job summary

Unity Technologies in New York City is seeking a Director, Corporate Development to own the M&A pipeline, lead transactions end to end, and drive integration planning from diligence through post‑close.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, People, Product and Engineering to test assumptions, build deal theses, and translate market shifts like AI, ad tech, or platform policy into actionable opportunities. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years across investment banking, private equity, or in-house corporate development at a technology company
• Led 3–5 acquisitions end to end, including at least one integrated post-close
• Expert valuation and deal modeling with ability to defend assumptions under pressure

Responsibilities

• Build and own Unity’s M&A pipeline, defining acquisition theses
• Lead end-to-end transactions, including valuation, diligence, structure, negotiation, and close
• Own integration planning from day one, including operating model and synergy targets
• Collaborate withFinance, Legal, People, Product and Engineering to test assumptions and land deals
