You will model complex SaaS economics, evaluate investments, and translate due diligence into actionable value-capture plans while safeguarding customer retention and talent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate development, M&A integration, or related roles.
• Experience leading full lifecycle post-merger integration in enterprise B2B SaaS or cloud software.
• Ability to present financial analyses to C-suite and Board stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deal execution and post-merger integration across the full lifecycle.
• Develop investment theses and business cases for executives and boards.
• Support LOIs, transaction structuring, and definitive agreements with Legal/Tax teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence and Day1 readiness for integration.
