Based in Westfield, the firm emphasizes a collaborative culture and industry-leading Aspire software adoption, with a focus on upgrades across mowing, fine gardening, and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in residential landscape or fine gardening contexts.
• Extensive horticultural knowledge for pruning, plant identification, and quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue via client retention and upselling.
• Strong communication translating client preferences to field crews.
• Familiarity with landscape business software; Aspire and/or LMN preferred.
• Willingness to be hands-on in the field during growth phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall client experience and build relationships with homeowners.
• Direct daily production and oversee a team across mowing, fine gardening, and enhancements.
• Drive sales growth through renewal, upselling, and expansion of services.
• Coordinate seamless transitions from design/sales to field production.
• Develop team performance with clear expectations, coaching, and safety protocols.
• Allocate equipment/resources and implement proactive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Analyze KPIs and implement operational improvements for profitability.
