Responsibilities include leading a 35-person team across field and office, overseeing island logistics, and protecting margins while managing budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of senior operational leadership experience within a landscape or construction firm.
• Proven ability to manage a workforce of 30 or more employees across office and field operations.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills, with a proven ability to quickly master new software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the owner to execute strategic company vision across field and office divisions.
• Oversee daily operations for luxury estate maintenance and landscape installations.
• Direct and schedule a team of 35 field and office employees.
• Manage island logistics, including ferry-dependent timelines and material transport.
• Protect project margins by monitoring costs and annual budgets.
• Serve as client concierge to estate owners, managers, and landscape architects.
