Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing teams, projects, and client relationships.
• Extensive horticultural expertise and fine gardening standards.
• Ability to grow revenue through client retention and upselling.
• Strong communication to translate client preferences to field crews.
• Experience with landscape management software such as Aspire or LMN.
• Hands-on field leadership during growth phase.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall client experience and build homeowner relationships.
• Direct daily production with a six-person maintenance team across mowing, fine gardening, and enhancements.
• Drive renewal, upsell, and expansion of services for existing residential maintenance clients.
• Coordinate seamless transition of sold projects from design/sales to field production.
• Develop team performance with clear quality expectations, hands-on coaching, and safety protocols.
• Manage equipment allocation and proactive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Analyze KPIs and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
