Berghoff Design Group is seeking an experienced Director of Landscape Maintenance and Quality to lead maintenance operations and ensure client satisfaction across high-end projects. The role emphasizes operational excellence, staff development, and adherence to company standards.

The position requires strong leadership, a proven track record in landscape management, and experience with CRM systems like Aspire to drive performance and reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-end landscape management and maintenance leadership.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Aspire or similar.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of commercial and residential landscape maintenance divisions.
• Lead and coach supervisors, crew leaders, and field staff to ensure service excellence.
• Implement individualized training and development plans for staff growth and retention.
• Monitor operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure job quality using the Landscape Quality Audit (LQA) process.
• Conduct SWOT analyses to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide guidance to employees and address performance concerns.
• Lead training aligned with agronomic timing and company goals.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and improve service.
