Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 10 years of Business Development experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the overarching business development roadmap for the Velocity Black/Concierge portfolio across premium experiences, luxury goods, and strategic enterprise solutions.
• Define the strategic vision and construct scalable growth frameworks focused on aggressive market expansion and acquiring exclusive, proprietary inventory.
• Lead complex, high-stakes negotiations and foster strategic alignment across premium travel, product, brand, and marketing sectors.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of business development professionals to drive market leadership.
• Architect a sustainable, multi-year pipeline to capture market share, drive revenue growth, and maximize the lifetime value of top-tier partnerships.
• Develop and leverage a powerful network of global enterprise partners, premier vendors, and industry leaders to unlock new revenue streams.
• Govern the partnership lifecycle at a macro level, from complex deal structuring and financial modeling to long-term value realization.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade frameworks that drive global scalability, operational excellence, and predictable growth.
• Travel: May require up to 40%
