Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.
• Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field is preferred.
• 5+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• 5+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of product development experience.
• 2+ years of financial modeling experience.
• 2+ years of economic forecasting experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategic initiatives for Velocity Black to drive growth and profitability.
• Own and manage P&L for Velocity Black with medium- to long-term planning.
• Build and mentor a team of analysts and associates across functions.
• Lead product pricing strategies and advanced analytics modeling.
• Drive marketing insights and design go-to-market strategies for Velocity Black.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Finance.
• Apply analytic reasoning to guide decisions and measure performance.
• Represent the function with strong executive communication and influence.
