Bond Brand Loyalty is seeking a Director, Loyalty Solutions to lead complex loyalty and customer engagement strategy engagements for major clients. You will advise C-suite leaders, shape growth opportunities, and drive the delivery of high-impact loyalty programs across industries.

This role requires deep loyalty expertise, strategic insight, and the ability to balance execution excellence with client outcomes. A hybrid work model and global client engagements are key features of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of loyalty program experience with leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated success creating loyalty strategies and financial solutions across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of loyalty and customer engagement strategy engagements across B2C and B2B contexts.
• Design and oversee loyalty program strategies, value propositions, mechanics, and CFO-ready financial models.
• Provide strategic advisory to clients and guide growth opportunities and solution architecture.
