Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations experience with end-to-end strategy ownership.
• Experience leading through other managers, not only direct reports.
• Proven track record partnering with Engineering/Technology to deploy tools.
• Experience defining and tracking operational metrics and KRIs.
• Ability to influence at a senior level and operate autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Own the operations strategy for the Loans Enablement platform and set priorities with leadership.
• Lead service delivery across multiple teams, improving client experience, cost, and controls.
• Build and manage operational metrics and reporting with clear thresholds.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Technology to roll out new tools and capabilities.
• Engage with clients on efficiency and benchmarking.
• Identify and grow operations talent for the platform.
• Share best practices with other platform operations leaders and coordinate handoffs.
• Communicate platform priorities to the operations staff.
