Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Director, Operations Lead - Loans Enablement to join the Loan Enablement Operations team in Houston, TX. This senior role drives the delivery of core operations capabilities, partnering with EPO and Engineering to optimize client experience, efficiency, and controls.

You will define the Platform's Operations strategy, support services across Pods/SDGs, and lead the rollout of metrics, training, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10-12 years of total work experience with 2-3 years of management experience preferred.
• Operations experience required, Agile experience preferred.
• Experience with BAU and larger project/program delivery preferred.
• Data management and Digital Tool deployment.
• Leadership and influencing skills.
• Ability to make hard and fast decisions.
• Problem solving and driving out-of-the-box ideas.
• Experience with syndicated loan workflows/loans servicing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Operations capabilities for the Platform with cross-functional partners.
• Define Operations strategy for the Platform with EPO and Engineering leadership.
• Support Operations services across Pods and SDGs to improve client experience and control.
• Implement and manage Operations metrics and risk indicators with thresholds.
• Provide senior Operations expertise to support Platform mandate delivery and governance.
