At First International Bank & Trust, our Loan Associates play a critical role in supporting the lending process and helping our bankers deliver an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for a Regional Loan Associate Supervisor to lead and develop Loan Associates across our Central and Western Market while driving consistency, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support Loan Associates across the market, helping them develop their skills and achieve departmental goals.
- Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for loan operations, documentation, funding, and post-closing processes.
- Provide training and mentorship to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established procedures.
- Monitor loan production and staffing needs across market locations and help allocate resources effectively.
- Oversee loan funding, recording, lien perfection, and related documentation activities to ensure timely completion.
- Review audit findings, documentation exceptions, and tickler reports while working with team members to maintain quality standards.
- Establish performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and create action plans to support employee success.
- Partner with lending and operational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Support organizational initiatives and help guide team members through change while maintaining a strong customer-focused culture.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree and a minimum of four years of related banking, loan operations, or lending support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with loan documentation, loan administration, loan operations, or related banking functions.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, training, or mentoring experience preferred.
- Familiarity with loan systems, documentation workflows, lien perfection, ticklers, exceptions, or audit-related processes preferred.
