Veeva Systems is hiring a Director of LIMS Strategy, QualityOne to accelerate growth across global accounts in FMCG, CPG and chemical ingredients. You will architect the commercial strategy for the LIMS product line and serve as the bridge between sales, marketing, product and services to deliver a unified market vision.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in laboratory informatics software vendor or consulting firm.
• Experience with FMCG, supply chain industries.
• Ability to engage with Heads of Quality, QC, IT leaders about software and modernization.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into market actions.

Responsibilities

• Drive market entry for Veeva LIMS across FMCG sectors and supply chains.
• Act as a commercial leader in high-visibility, customer-facing roles.
• Champion thought leadership through conferences, webinars, and publications.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover pain points and co-create solutions.
• Support sales with compelling presentations and business cases.
• Analyze competition and develop win strategies.
• Influence product roadmap and align field teams with strategy.
• Coordinate customer lifecycle and manage stakeholder relationships.
