Job summary

Inocras Inc. seeks a Director of Business Development (Research Solutions & Strategic Partnerships) to drive revenue opportunities and strategic collaborations across North America, with a focus on the Eastern United States.

Ideally located near the Greater Boston Area, this fully remote role leverages extensive pharma, biotech, and academic accounts. The candidate will work independently, travel about 20%, and coordinate with Executive, Legal, Clinical Laboratory, and Medical teams to close

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology or related life sciences.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• ~10 years of sales/business development/revenue-generating roles in diagnostics, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Ability to show a deal sheet of closed opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close revenue-generating opportunities across North America, with emphasis on the Eastern region.
• Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Accurately forecast quarterly, half-yearly, and annual orders and revenues.
• Territory management and leveraging existing networks in pharma/biotech/academic accounts.
• Travel as required (approx. 20%).
• Create and manage strategic partnerships aligned with corporate priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Executive, Ops, Legal, Clinical, Medical).
• Generate new opportunities through conferences, meetings, tradeshows and events with Marketing.
