Job summary

Tempus AI is seeking a Director of Strategy & Operations to shape product vision and drive execution for AI-enabled Life Sciences offerings. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to go-to-market, partnering with cross-functional teams and external partners to align to business objectives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management or strategy at healthcare-tech firms, strong AI product experience, and deep knowledge of the drug development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or strategy at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
• Proven track record (2+ years) managing AI products through lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Understand Life Sciences partners’ business needs and translate them into product vision and strategy.
• Translate early stage ideas into defined product profiles and roadmaps.
• Drive alignment with partners and internal business and commercial teams.
• Manage the product lifecycle from inception to post-market evaluation.
• Collaborate with medical, AI, and translational research SMEs to drive execution.
• Optimize internal processes to improve delivery and time-to-market.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Represent Tempus and advocate product value at events and conferences.
