Job summary

Tempus AI is seeking a Director, Strategy & Operations to drive product vision, strategy, and execution for novel AI products across modalities developed with Life Sciences partners. This role oversees the entire product lifecycle from inception through development, launch, commercialization, and post-market surveillance.

You will collaborate with Life Sciences clients and internal teams across science, engineering, medical, quality, regulatory, and commercial groups to define roadmaps,

Qualifications

• 5+ years shaping product strategy for healthcare/tech products in regulated environments.
• Proven track record leading AI products through ideation to launch.
• Experience managing partners and customers across diverse teams.
• Strong communication and ability to align stakeholders on roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Understand Life Sciences partners’ business needs and translate into product vision and strategy.
• Translate early ideas into well-defined product profiles and roadmaps.
• Drive communication with partners and internal teams for all workstreams.
• Manage lifecycle from inception through go-to-market and post-market evaluation.
• Collaborate with experts to determine business drivers and customer needs.
• Optimize internal processes to improve lifecycle delivery and time-to-market.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Represent Tempus and articulate value of Life Sciences–co-developed products.
