The role requires deep drug development knowledge, stakeholder management, and a track record delivering AI-enabled products in regulated settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or strategy for healthcare/tech in regulated environments.
• 2+ years managing AI products across the lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Experience with customer or partner management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication across diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle and translational medicine.
• Ability to distill feedback into clear product requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Understand Life Sciences partners' business needs and translate into product vision.
• Translate ideas and proofs-of-concept into defined roadmaps with partner input.
• Drive alignment with partners and internal teams across streams.
• Manage lifecycle from inception to post-market evaluation for custom products.
• Collaborate with medical, AI, and translational experts to define business drivers.
• Optimize internal processes to improve time-to-market.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory obligations; represent at events.
