Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, HR, psychology, education, business, or related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Change management certification or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a digital enablement strategy aligning learning technology with business goals.
• Leads organizational development, effectiveness initiatives, and learning-technology programs.
• Oversees learning platforms (LMS, LXP, Workday Learning) and analytics to drive adoption and impact.
• Partners with HR, IT, and senior leaders to plan change management and readiness activities.
• Drives governance and continuous improvement of learning and talent systems.
• Forecasts workforce capability needs and supports scalable solutions across the enterprise.
• Manages budgets and vendor relationships for organizational development initiatives.
