Job summary

Ursa Major in Colorado is seeking a senior Lead Learning & Development leader to drive enterprise-wide strategy and develop leadership and manager capabilities. You will design career frameworks, conduct talent reviews and succession planning, and guide organizational change initiatives.

You will partner with executives to measure impact, close capability gaps, and implement learning technology, building a high-performing L&D team on-site in Berthoud, CO.
