Qualifications

• Experience leading continuous improvement in manufacturing with measurable results.
• Ability to move between plant floor, processes, finance, and exec communication.
• Proven track record delivering productivity, yield, throughput, and cost improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead op and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, and other business operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste and capacity constraints, and drive improvements.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and value-stream mapping to improve performance.
• Develop business cases translating opportunities into financial value.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to track transformation benefits.
• Partner with Finance to validate financial benefits and ensure measurable value.
• Plan and execute integration of acquired businesses into Lyons Magnus.
