Job summary

Storage Solutions seeks a hands-on Director to drive enterprise transformation and operational excellence across multiple sites in North America. You will lead strategy, design operating models, and build business cases, working directly with executive leadership to realize measurable value.

The role requires deep Lean/Six Sigma expertise, strong financial acumen, and experience with ERP/SAP. Global collaboration and a PE-backed, performance-driven environment are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operational excellence.
• Experience driving complex transformation initiatives from analysis to implementation.
• Proven track record of measurable results in cost, quality, or productivity.
• Deep expertise in Lean/Six Sigma and structured problem solving; Black Belt preferred.
• Experience with M&A integration and operating-model design.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives from strategy through execution and value realization.
• Analyze performance and identify operational improvements with actionable recommendations.
• Drive excellence initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods.
• Lead and support M&A activities including due diligence, integration, and synergy realization.
• Build transformation roadmaps, business cases, financial models, and governance mechanisms.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, and operations leaders to improve P&L performance.
