- Eight or more years of progressive experience in leadership development, organizational development, talent management, enterprise learning, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement leadership development strategy across frontline to executive levels.
- Build scalable development roadmaps and capability frameworks.
- Partner with senior executives and operational leaders to diagnose needs and deliver practical solutions.
- Connect leadership development to succession planning, onboarding, performance leadership, and transformation.
- Measure outcomes with meaningful metrics and drive adoption across the organization.
