Job summary

You’ll collaborates across AA&D teams, Gift Planning, and volunteers, crafting proposals to secure leadership support and advance Harvard priorities, with a focus on donor stewardship and building a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required and 4+ years in development or related transferable experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 75+ qualified leadership prospects.
• Develop multi-step prospect strategies to secure four-, five-, and six-figure gifts.
• Identify and qualify new prospects in assigned regions for leadership gifts.
• Meet revenue goals by upgrading donors and securing leadership commitments.
• Mentor the Development Assistant and collaborate with AA&D teams and volunteers.
