Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence to partner with the Commercial organization and drive insights from market, patient, payer, and competitive data to accelerate launch readiness and optimize performance.

The role will lead the BI function across the launch journey, integrating primary research, claims data, and analytics to inform brand strategy, go-to-market planning, and market access decisions. Strong launch experience in biotech/pharma is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering strategy and insights for Lifesciences industry.
• Experience supporting launch activities in pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI strategy to support launch readiness and growth.
• Conduct market research and translate into strategic recommendations for brand strategy and market access.
• Develop insights into prescriber behaviour and market opportunities to guide investments.
