Responsibilities include leading BI strategy, market research programmes, and competitive intelligence to optimise launch readiness and brand growth. Strong analytics, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Business, Science, Economics, Statistics, Life Sciences or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience delivering strategy and insights for Lifesciences industry.
• Ability to develop actionable customer insights and drive marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the BI strategy to support launch readiness and long-term brand growth.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative market research programmes across HCPs, patients, payers, and stakeholders.
• Translate insights into strategic recommendations shaping brand strategy, positioning, segmentation, and GTM decisions.
• Build and maintain patient journey, customer segmentation, and market landscape frameworks.
• Lead competitive intelligence activities and assess market, clinical, access, and commercial developments.
• Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs and Analytics to embed insights in planning.
• Develop launch readiness metrics and KPIs and monitor market dynamics and brand performance.
