Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum eight+ years in a law firm or professional services.
• Direct experience in business development, lateral recruiting or attorney development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead firmwide integration planning for lateral partners and senior lawyers.
• Coordinate cross-functional onboarding with Clients & Markets, Finance, HR and practice groups.
• Develop tailored integration strategies to position laterals for success.
• Coach and mentor incoming partners on marketing and business development tactics.
• Prepare and manage integration plans with stakeholders and support teams.
• Track progress and report on integration metrics and outcomes.
