Pacifico Energy seeks an experienced Director of Development to lead large-scale energy infrastructure projects from origination through NTP. You will manage the full development lifecycle across natural gas generation, utility-scale solar, battery storage, and hybrids, ensuring milestones, permits, interconnection, and financing are aligned.

Based in Dallas, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee external consultants, engage regulators and landowners, shape market-entry strategies,

Competenze

• 10+ years in energy or infrastructure development.
• Proven track record advancing large-scale energy projects.
• Experience with interconnection and permitting environments.
• Strong understanding of U.S. power markets (ERCOT preferred).
• Experience negotiating development-stage contracts.
