Pacifico Energy is seeking a Senior Manager/Director of Structured Finance and Investments for its Dallas office to advance its private grid generation projects. You will structure and close non-recourse project finance across gas-fired, renewable, and storage assets, translating development milestones into bankable financing.

You will run the lender process end-to-end, structure equity arrangements, and build robust financial models while supporting capital markets strategy and coordinating

Responsibilities

• Structure non-recourse project finance for gas-fired developments and private grid AI data centers.
• Lead end-to-end lender process: outreach, IMs, credit memos, negotiations, closing.
• Structure and execute equity deals, JV/co-investments and equity sizing.
• Build and audit project finance models with draws, waterfalls, covenants.
• Support capital markets with investor materials and manage lender/investor relationships.
