Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working with large-market defined contribution sponsors, consultants, recordkeepers, and investment committees.
• Experience presenting to and influencing sophisticated plan sponsor committees and fiduciaries.
• BS/BA degree required; MBA, CFA or other advanced degree highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Represent Morningstar Retirement as the large-market representative in meetings with plan sponsors, recordkeepers, and consultants.
• Build and maintain relationships with recordkeeper relationship managers, wholesalers, and advisors involved in large-market decisions.
• Partner with recordkeeper sales teams to identify and advance opportunities for Managed Accounts and Custom Target Date solutions.
