The role partners with distribution, develops thought leadership, and coaches advisors to unlock value from Morningstar capabilities, with a strong track record in advisor-facing consulting preferred and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in wealth management, asset management, advisor consulting, or practice management.
• Significant experience working directly with financial advisors.
• Proven track record developing advisor-facing consulting programs and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted practice management consultant to top advisor relationships.
• Conduct consultations, workshops, and coaching sessions with advisors and enterprise partners.
• Create practice management frameworks, tools, assessments, workshops, and advisor-facing resources.
• Lead webinars, workshops, conference presentations, and advisor events.
• Partner across investment management, wealth, marketing, research, and product teams.
