Job summary

Veeam is seeking a leader for Kasten Specialist Solutions Engineers to drive technical wins across EMEA and APJ. You will guide discovery, architecture, demonstrations, and POC efforts while coaching a senior team on multi-region deployments.

You will collaborate with sales leaders to plan territory strategies, nurture pipelines, and ensure high-impact technical engagements that translate into enterprise deals. Travel is required up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pre-sales or solutions engineering in enterprise software, including 3+ years in people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed team of Kasten Specialist Solutions Engineers across EMEA and APJ.
• Own the technical win across regions: discovery, solution architecture, demo, and POC execution with measurable win rates.
• Partner with regional sales leaders on territory planning, pipeline development, and regular business reviews of technical pipeline health.
• Build technical capability across the wider Veeam field organization through enablement and repeatable assets.
• Develop ecosystem relationships with Red Hat, AWS, SUSE, and regional partners and integrators.
• Travel up to 30% across EMEA and APJ, with occasional global travel.
