Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years related experience, 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience in energy efficiency programs and contract management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs development and delivery of energy efficiency programs for residential, commercial, and industrial building sectors.
• Manages annual O&M, CIP and incentive budgets and prepares long-term spending plans.
• Prepares and presents annual results reports for management and advisory committees.
• Develops partnerships with contractors, vendors and trade allies to meet energy efficiency goals.
• Formulates plan objectives to achieve electric load shape changes through energy efficiency projects.
