Job summary

HUB International seeks an experienced IT Finance leader to direct the TBM Apptio platform and Cloud FinOps initiatives. You will partner with technology and finance executives to translate TBM strategy into actionable roadmaps, govern the Apptio stack, and drive cost transparency and reporting.

This role requires 7+ years in IT finance/FP&A, direct TBM experience, and strong stakeholder communication in a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT Finance, FP&A or related roles.
• Experience directing Apptio or similar TBM platform; hands-on config is a plus.
• Experience with Cloud FinOps practices and tools such as Cloudability.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, or TBM Certified Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead TBM & Apptio strategy and set platform priorities.
• Translate TBM strategy into executable roadmaps with cross-functional partners.
• Govern Apptio module build-out (Planning, TCO, Cost Allocation, Vendor Management).
• Ensure data quality and governance across the Apptio platform.
• Oversee executive financial reporting and KPI dashboards for CIO-level visibility.
• Direct Cloud FinOps maturation and cost allocation across Cloudability.
• Partner with technology and finance leaders and drive governance and continuous improvement.
