Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT service delivery or site support leadership experience within engineering-centric organizations.
• Experience leading multi-site or global support teams (10+ direct/indirect technicians).
• Developer-focused environments requiring non-standard hardware/software configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline IT site services for 2,500+ global engineers and multiple design centers.
• Oversee Tier 1–3 support, incident triage, and rapid resolution with aggressive SLAs.
• Drive automated onboarding, access provisioning, and secure lab environments for developers.
• Manage endpoint provisioning across Linux, Windows, and macOS with strict allowlisting.
