Liquidity Services, Inc. is seeking a Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations to lead Platform Operations, Network Engineering, and Service Desk/Field Support.

This on-site role in Richardson, TX, oversees Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, M365, backups, and cloud readiness across Azure and AWS, while driving cost optimization and modernization. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in IT infrastructure with strong leadership, vendor management, and experience in PCI/SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Ten+ years IT infrastructure and operations experience, including managing technical teams.
• Hands-on background with Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, DNS/DHCP.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams.
• Experience with on-premises and cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and hybrid networks.
• Budget ownership and vendor management.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Data Dog, PRTG).
• PCI/SOX compliance knowledge and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Platform Operations, Network Engineering, and Service Desk/Field Support teams.
• Own and optimize enterprise server, identity, and collaboration platforms.
• Manage cloud and on-prem infrastructure budgets and cost optimization.
• Drive modernization programs and automation efforts.
• Ensure security controls, patching, and audit readiness (PCI/SOX).
• Oversee backup, DR testing, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Maintain SLAs for service availability and incident management.
• Collaborate with Security, DevOps, and business leaders on roadmaps.
