Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer, Software 1 to join our Richardson, TX team. You will develop, debug, test, deploy and support software spanning firmware to application layers, following Agile processes and product lifecycle requirements.

You will architect and validate full stack solutions for data center workloads, build test frameworks, and mentor peers while collaborating with product management, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs and high-quality

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
6–12 years of software engineering experience.
Experience with full stack development and diagnostics across firmware to application layers.
Strong knowledge of testing strategies and test automation frameworks.
Experience with Rest/Redfish endpoints and network automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Architect/Develop/Validate a full stack application for data centre GPU/AI compute elements.
Build network validation techniques for GPU-centric traffic patterns.
Collaborate with engineers and leads from multiple disciplines to innovate and troubleshoot.
Mentor team members on technical approaches and problem solving.
Develop test strategies and frameworks for REST APIs, UIs, and Kubernetes deployments.
Engage with product management and customers to ensure smooth handoffs and clear acceptance criteria.
