The role partners with IT leadership to translate needs into actionable projects, documentation, and delivery plans, while overseeing performance, budgets, and accountability across service commitments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT and systems experience with a focus on service level performance.
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of IT operations and healthcare technology applications.
• Experience with Medicaid contract SLA requirements and managed care organization compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and presentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies and SQL.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director, IT Services - Network Engineering - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide IT service delivery for network engineering in a remote environment, ensuring technology operations support business priorities and service expectations. The director will partner closely with IT leadership and key stakeholders to translate needs into actionable projects, documentation, and delivery plans. This position will also oversee service performance, drive process improvement, and help ensure operational accountability across budgets and service-level commitments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
