For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager IT Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will guide the strategy and execution of core infrastructure services that support reliable, secure operations across cloud and on-premises environments. The role will focus on building a scalable infrastructure foundation, improving operational performance, and enabling modernization efforts that support broader business priorities. You will also partner closely with security, operations, and business stakeholders while leading a team of infrastructure professionals.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $124,300 – $211,700 annually

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments
• 5+ years in a people-management role with a focus on talent development
• Strong knowledge of networking, compute, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure automation
