Shionogi Inc. (U.S.) seeks a Director of IT Operations to lead infrastructure and workplace technology strategy for the organization.

You will partner with Japan HQ and global platform teams to design, govern, and deliver secure, reliable IT services across cloud, data centers, networks, and end-user computing. You will manage the Service Desk and Infrastructure leaders, drive ITIL-based service management, oversee budgets, vendor contracts, and regulatory compliance, and mentor a

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
10–12 years IT experience with leadership in regulated environments.
Experience in pharmaceutical industry required.
ITIL-based service management and vendor management experience.
Hands-on leadership of infrastructure and workplace technology.

Mansioni

Partner with HQ and stakeholders to build a forward-looking infrastructure roadmap.
Advise on workplace technology and infrastructure investment decisions.
Oversee intake, governance, and service level reviews across teams.
Lead IT Operations, including Service Desk and Infrastructure leaders.
Direct infrastructure architecture, configuration, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
