Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in procurement and strategy with 7+ years in leadership.
• Pharma or life sciences experience across Commercial, Medical, R&D, and Manufacturing spend.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable savings.
• Experience with SOX, internal controls, and compliance.
• Experience with M&A due diligence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year enterprise procurement strategy and operating model.
• Lead category strategies across key spend areas and conduct sourcing events.
• Negotiate complex supplier agreements with Legal collaboration.
• Deliver annual savings targets and embed savings into Budget/LRP.
• Ensure SOX compliance, governance, and risk management.
• Collaborate with global teams to align on standards and supplier diversity.
