Qualifications

• Very technical background with deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure including networks, servers, storage, DR, security techs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to influence across org levels.
• Proven leadership managing large IT teams driving collaboration and high performance.
• Experience delivering large-scale IT operations, service delivery, and technology initiatives.
• Experience developing and managing operational and capital budgets.
• AI experience is positive.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective communication and alignment across IT Operations and external stakeholders.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure, including networks, systems, storage, connectivity, security controls and compliance.
• Establish and improve operational metrics, SLAs, procedures, and documentation.
• Direct selection, implementation, enhancement, and support of business technologies and services.
• Partner with Cybersecurity and Compliance to maintain security architecture and safeguards.
• Develop and manage operational and capital budgets for IT.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team.
