Qualifications

• Ten+ years in IT infrastructure and operations.
• At least 5 years of people management experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Experience leading multi-site IT functions and modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Platform Operations, Network Engineering, and Service Desk/Field Support.
• Set operations standards and service levels; act as senior escalation point.
• Oversee on-premises, Azure, and AWS infrastructure and hybrid network.
• Drive cloud cost optimization and modernization initiatives.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and contracts; monitor IT security collaboration.
