Job summary

Liquidity Services, Inc. seeks a Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations to lead Platform Operations, Network Engineering, and Service Desk.

You will ensure reliability, security, and cost efficiency across on-prem, Azure, and AWS, including hybrid networks for offices, warehouses, and remote users. You’ll manage budgets, vendor relations, and modernization programs while partnering with Security, DevOps, and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years progressively responsible IT infra/ops experience.
• Experience managing technical teams (5+ years).
• Hands-on Microsoft server/identity infrastructure.
• Experience in large, multi-site orgs with cloud/hybrid setups.

Responsibilities

• Lead Platform Operations, Network Engineering, and Service Desk.
• Ensure reliability, security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Set operational standards and SLAs; senior escalation point.
• Build and develop teams; manage vendors and budgets.
• Drive modernization with Security, DevOps, and business teams.
