Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, or service management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure: servers, networks, storage, data centers, technology operations.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting data from multiple sources to support business decisions.
• Proven ability to create executive-ready presentations and reporting materials.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary U.S. point of contact for IT infrastructure requests and operational coordination.
• Partner with global technology teams to prioritize initiatives and streamline communication.
• Support infrastructure-related projects and service delivery across server, network, storage, and data center environments.
• Coordinate U.S. service management activities with operational, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in managing and resolving high-severity incidents through coordination and escalation.
• Deliver clear communications regarding incidents, changes, and operational impacts to audiences.
• Coordinate audit requests, documentation collection, evidence gathering, and responses across teams.
• Monitor service performance and drive operational improvements.
• Support governance, risk, and regulatory initiatives affecting technology operations.
• Develop executive reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
