Job summary

Baltimore Corps is seeking a Director of Infrastructure to lead the reliability, security, and performance of the City’s enterprise technology environment. You will oversee data centers, network, cloud infrastructure, Service Desk, storage, and email services to ensure 24/7 operations and cost-effective modernization.

You will partner with the CISO on security strategy, drive hybrid cloud adoption, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and lead cross‑functional teams across the organization to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred.
• Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, CISSP, AWS Solutions Architect, or Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Prior IT experience in a government environment is strongly preferred.
• Equivalency notes: combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisory functions: recruiting, hiring, staffing plans, performance management, training, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.
• Represent BCIT to senior leadership with updates on infrastructure performance and issues.
• Foster collaboration and accountability with a problem‑solving culture.
