You will set strategic priorities for compute, storage, networking, OS and DevOps, ensure security and compliance, partner with Space Systems and Launch Ops, and travel up to 30% to support global operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT infrastructure with operations, data centers, virtualization, O365, networks, support and security.
• IT leadership in a globally diverse organization.
• Experience in high tech, engineering and/or manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• US citizenship is required due to program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing, globally distributed IT engineering team.
• Define and manage IT infrastructure priorities with business leaders.
• Develop processes for on-premises and cloud infrastructure with high uptime.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance across all systems.
• Build relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable agreements.
• Develop 24x7 global support strategy and operations.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
