Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in health insurance technology delivery.
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulations affecting health insurance policies, procedures, and contracting.
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies, including SAFe or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of healthcare technology environments and capabilities.

The Director IT Delivery is responsible for the overall strategy, operational performance, and outcomes of Business Service Delivery. This leader translates enterprise strategy into executable delivery plans within a shared services environment, aligning business processes with Healthcare Operations, Grievance and Appeals, Membership/Billing and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system capabilities to optimize efficiency, capacity, and business outcomes. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance).
