Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Director IT Delivery to lead the strategy and operational delivery of Business Service Delivery. This role translates enterprise strategy into actionable roadmaps within a shared services model, aligning processes with Healthcare Operations, Grievance and Appeals, Membership/Billing, and EDI capabilities.
The role reports to the Senior Director, Business Technology and is based at the Meridian, Idaho headquarters.
The Director IT Delivery is responsible for the overall strategy, operational performance, and outcomes of Business Service Delivery. This leader translates enterprise strategy into executable delivery plans within a shared services environment, aligning business processes with Healthcare Operations, Grievance and Appeals, Membership/Billing and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system capabilities to optimize efficiency, capacity, and business outcomes. The role advances modern delivery practices, including Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) approaches, strategic capacity planning, and responsible AI enablement.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Business Technology and is located at the corporate headquarters in Meridian, Idaho. #LI-Onsite
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (Two years’ relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range is: $153,360 - $230,040. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance). The pay range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, travel requirements, internal equity, business or organizational needs, and alignment with market data.
