Hackensack Meridian Health in Iselin, PA, seeks a Director of Information Technology (IT) Clinical Systems for Procedural and Perioperative Services to lead strategy, implementation, and lifecycle management of clinical enterprise applications.

You will partner with clinical, business, and IT leaders to deliver integrated technology solutions that improve clinical quality, patient safety, and operational excellence, while ensuring IT investments deliver measurable outcomes and align with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 9 years leading healthcare applications projects/strategies (13 years if no degree).
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in an informatics role, including computer system implementation and maintenance.
Strong ability to manage a portfolio of initiatives with clinical objectives and staff leadership responsibilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills.
